Privacy Policy
What Process Blueprint collects, where it goes, and what you can do about it. Effective 15 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Telltales Operations, LLC runs Process Blueprint and is responsible for the personal information it handles.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, first and last name, and role if you give one. Your password is stored by our sign-in provider in a form we cannot read.
- Plan and billing status: whether you are on Free or Premium. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Your content: the process maps and templates you save, your pinned shortcuts, and a Zapier webhook address if you add one.
- Usage counts: how many AI interviews, AI questions and emails your account has used, so plan limits can be applied.
- Technical records: our hosting provider records requests to the service, such as IP address, time and response, to keep it running and to find faults.
How we use it
- To run Process Blueprint for you and apply your plan.
- To take payment for Premium.
- To keep a record of each sign-up in our own workspace, so we can support users and manage accounts. A record is created when someone starts signing up, even if they never confirm.
- To contact you about your account or changes to the service.
We do not sell your information, show you advertising, or use tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run parts of the service, and only what each needs:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Sign-in, account details and saved maps |
| Cloudflare | Hosting, sending email, and holding an exported image for five minutes when you send a map to Zapier |
| Anthropic | AI suggestions and the onboarding interview, only when you use them and after you are asked |
| Stripe | Premium payments and subscription management |
| Zapier and ClickUp | Our record of sign-ups |
| Google Fonts | The site's typefaces, which your browser loads from Google |
When you email a map or send it to your own Zapier webhook, it goes to the recipient or address you choose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
AI features and retention
Anthropic keeps what is sent to it for a period under its own terms. We asked for zero data retention and it was not available to us, so treat anything you send to an AI feature as kept by Anthropic for that period, and leave out anything confidential. You are asked before anything is first sent, and you can map and review a process entirely by hand without sending anything.
Stored in your browser
Your maps are kept in your account. Your browser keeps only your sign-in, which includes your email address, and a few display settings. Nothing there is used to track you, and clearing it signs you out without losing any work.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its content within five business days. Stripe keeps billing records as the law requires, and Anthropic keeps AI requests for the period in its terms.
Your choices
- See and correct: change your name, role and email in the Account panel.
- Take it with you: export any map as JSON, Markdown, SVG or PNG.
- Delete: email us to delete your account and everything in it.
- Ask: email us to ask what we hold about you.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Contact us and we will help.
Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections, and the database only lets each account read and change its own rows. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us at once if you notice anything wrong.
Children
Process Blueprint is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
