Terms of Service
The rules for using Process Blueprint. Effective 15 October 2026.
Who we are
Process Blueprint is provided by Telltales Operations, LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Process Blueprint, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Plans and payment
Process Blueprint has a Free plan and a Premium plan. What each includes, and any usage limits, are shown in the app and may change over time.
Premium costs $15 a month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription.
If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Payments are not refunded, including for part of a month.
If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
Your content
The process maps, templates and notes you create are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Process Blueprint for you, including sending them to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. We do not use your content for anything else.
You are responsible for having the right to put that content into Process Blueprint.
AI features
Some features send your content to Anthropic, our AI provider, to produce suggestions or draft a map. You are asked before anything is sent. Anthropic keeps what is sent for a period under its own terms, so leave out anything confidential.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use Process Blueprint for anything unlawful;
- try to reach another person's account or data, or test the service's security without our written permission;
- get around plan limits or access controls;
- overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the software.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Our ownership
Process Blueprint, including its software, design, notation and the Telltales Operations name and marks, belongs to Telltales Operations, LLC. These terms give you the right to use it, not to own or copy it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Process Blueprint running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of anything important; the app can export every map.
Limits on our liability
Process Blueprint is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Process Blueprint at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, email us at the address below. Sections on ownership and liability continue after an account closes.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Using Process Blueprint after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
